Vipol Specialities Cable trays are manufactured with Various processes such as Pultrusion, Contact Molding and with SMC depend upon the application.
The trays are designed to manufacture with UV stabilized unsaturated polyester resin which is best suitable environment. Technical fabrics to meet structural strengths and complemented with Surface Veil which will ensure resin rich surface to provide high level durability and longer life. Main application of the composites cable trays are such as coastal areas and low to high level corrosion areas, where conventional material products fails to provide the long-lasting solutions.

VIPOL Composite Pultruded Handrail offer now various solutions for different situations. All systems are designed and tested according to the relevant standards. Systems are designed to satisfy both the End User in terms of performance as well as the Contractor in terms of ease of installation and costs
Handrail construction includes precisely manufactured Fiberglass profiles by automatic It pultrusion technology. includes top rail, mid rails, kick plate (also known as toe guard) and vertical post. Accessories like connectors, vertical post shoe (also called stanchion) and various hardware are available in kit form for ease of contractor.

Vipol composites Pultruded/ Molded gratings are manufactured with highest level of precision with Pultrusion and HLU technology. We are well verse with designing any kind of structural Gratings with variety in structural as well as chemical /corrosion resistance Properties. This is mainly based on VIPOL Skill for designing reinforcement geometry as well as resin formulation systems.
